Pharmaceutical company announces distribution agreement for sodium iron compound

St. Paul Pharmaceutical, a pending merger partner with WENR Corp. (WNRC), announced that it signed a distribution agreement with Akzo Nobel of the Netherlands to distribute Ferrazone to countries in southeast Asia. St. Paul's agreement includes the distribution of Ferrazone in Viet Nam, Cambodia, and Laos with a potential market of over 100 million people. Ferrazone is Akzo Nobel's brand name for sodium iron (III) ethylenediaminetetraacetate (NaFeEDTA). It is also commonly known as sodium feredetate.
