Diagnostic properties of serum anti-Mullerian hormone levels studied

The diagnostic properties of serum anti-Mullerian hormone levels were studied by researchers in Finland. "Anti-Miillerian hormone (AMH) is secreted by granulosa cells of ovarian early developing follicles and its serum levels have been shown to correlate with small antral follicle number.
