The psychosocial effects on women after treatment choice for breast cancer were evaluated by scientists in the United States. In a recent report, researchers conducted a study "To examine the relationship between cancer stage, surgical treatment and chemotherapy on quality of life (QOL) after breast cancer and determine if sociodemographic characteristics modify the observed relationships."
