October 6th, 2005
Investigators in the United States and Canada have published new ovarian cancer data. Study 1: Scientists explored the relation between androgen receptor (AR) cytosine, adenine, guanine (CAG) repeats, and haplotypes and the risk of ovarian cancer. According to a study from the United States, "Biological and epidemiologic evidence suggest that androgen or its receptor may play a role in ovarian cancer pathogenesis.
