Study 1: Radiation therapy was seen to induce micronuclei (MN) in cervical cancer. Scientists in India conducted a study "to evaluate the predictive value of serial changes in MN induction during external radiotherapy (EXRT) in cervical cancer with respect to local response at the end of EXRT and local disease free survival (LDFS).
