Researchers' work adds to breast cancer body of knowledge

Breast cancer data are the focus of recent research from the United States and United Kingdom. Study 1: Hormone receptor status of primary breast cancer (PBC) did not predict the hormone receptor status of the contralateral breast cancer (CBC). Researchers in the United States conducted a study "to determine whether the hormone receptor status of PBC is predictive of the hormone receptor status of the subsequent CBC.
