Primary chemotherapy and debulking surgery advised for ovarian cancer management

Researchers endorsed the use of primary chemotherapy and adjuvant tumor debulking in the management of advanced-stage epithelial ovarian cancer. According to recent research published in the International Journal of Gynecological Cancer, "The aim of this article was to review the experience with neoadjuvant chemotherapy and interval surgical debulking in patients with metastatic epithelial ovarian cancer.
