Study 1: Neoadjuvant docetaxel was combined with adjuvant doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide for treating breast cancer. Researchers in the United States conducted a study "to evaluate clinical and pathologic response to neoadjuvant docetaxel therapy in patients with stage III breast cancer.
