Combination chemotherapy treatment is the choice for women with rare cancer

An analysis of published literatures shows that combination chemotherapy is the treatment choice for women with a rare form of cancer. "Primary lymphoma of the uterine cervix is rare, with less than 60 cases reported." Scientists writing in the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology presented "a series of 6 patients with cervical lymphoma and reviewed the literature." J. K. Chan and colleagues identified "Between 1988 and 2003, 6 women with primary lymphoma of the uterine cervix treated at their institutions.
