Sentinel lymph node biopsy is a useful predictive technique for detection in cervical cancer. "Sentinel lymph node (SLN) mapping in combination with surgical biopsy is an emerging technique for use in the early stages of cervical cancer. The purpose of this study" by investigators in Spain "was to evaluate the technique in a series of 40 consecutive women with early stage cervical cancer." I.
