Physicians are strongly urged to assess adnexa in premenopausal women with endometrial cancer.

"In premenopausal women with endometrial cancer, ovarian preservation may be a consideration." Investigators from the United States examined "the occurrence of coexisting ovarian malignancy and to identify predictors of adnexal involvement."
