Sentinel lymph node dissection skills of surgeons were verified through a recent clinical trial.

According to recent research published in the journal Annals of Surgery, "Marked variations in sentinel lymph node dissection (SLND) technique have been identified, and definitive qualifications for SLND performance remain controversial."
