Recommendations for hormone replacement therapy should not increase cancer risk

Current recommendations for hormone replacement therapy should not increase ovarian cancer risk. According to scientists writing in the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, "The objective of [our] study was to determine if use of menopausal hormones was associated with ovarian cancer and if risk varied by type of hormone used."
