Reseachers offer review of treatment options for recurrent cervical cancer

In a recent article, researchers offer a review of treatment options for recurrent cervical cancer.

"Treatment for cervical cancer is very successful, especially in early stages. However, most patients presenting in late stages of disease will experience recurrence," acknowledged scientists writing in the journal Best Practice & Research in Clinical Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
