Leukocyte antigen-A polymorphism decreases risk of cervical cancer in Chinese women

A recent study showed that human leukocyte antigen-A polymorphism decreases the risk of cervical cancer in Chinese women. Investigators writing in the Journal of Infectious Diseases conducted a study "to examine the association between human leukocyte antigen-A (HLA-A) allele polymorphism, human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, and risk for cervical neoplasia in Chinese women."
