Updated PXD101 phase I results presented at the AACR-EORTC-NCI conference

CuraGen Corp. (CRGN) and TopoTarget, A/S, (TOPO) announced updated interim phase I data on PXD101, a small-molecule histone deacetylase inhibitor being developed for the treatment of solid and hematologic tumors, were presented at the American Association for Cancer Research-U.S. National Cancer Institute-European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (AACR-NCI-EORTC) International Conference on Molecular Targets and Cancer Therapeutics.
