Microarray CGH reveals genetic regulators of tumorigenic RTK signaling

Microarray CGH analysis has been used to identify genes and gene loci involved in regulating tumorigenic RTK signaling in breast epithelial cells. "Receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) signaling plays a key role in the development of breast cancer.
