Analysis finds Efaproxyn extends survival in brain metastases originating from breast cancer

Allos Therapeutics, Inc. (ALTH) announced the presentation of new findings from its phase III clinical trial of the investigational radiation sensitizer Efaproxyn (efaproxiral) in patients with brain metastases that show Efaproxyn extends survival in brain metastases originating from breast cancer. Preliminary data from the phase III study, called REACH, were first announced in April 2003.
