Data show survival benefit of Arimidex over tamoxifin in early breast cancer

New data presented show breast cancer treatment Arimidex (anastrozole) is the first aromatase inhibitor (AI) to provide an overall survival benefit, compared with tamoxifen, in the treatment of hormone-sensitive early breast cancer and can significantly reduce recurrence, prevent metastatic spread and ultimately save lives.
