Studies describe new findings in cardiology research

Investigators in the United States and Japan have published new cardiology data.

Study 1: Low bone mineral density is a predictor of coronary artery disease in women.

According to recent research published in the American Journal of Cardiology, "Low bone mineral density (BMD) and coronary artery disease (CAD) share common risk factors.
