Researchers detail new studies and findings in the area of Cervical Cancer

Study 1: Lymph node metastases in women with early stage cervical carcinoma can be predicted by the measurement of serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen and urine polyamine levels. Scientists in Korea sought "to investigate whether pretreatment levels of serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCCA) and urine polyamines can predict lymph node metastases in patients with early stage cervical carcinoma.
