Cancer treatment subsidiary sold to former CEO Augustine Cheung

Celsion Corp. (CLN) announced that Augustine Cheung, PhD, its founder and chief scientific officer, resigned his positions as chief scientific officer and a member of the board of directors. The company also announced that Cheung has acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of Celsion (Canada), Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Celsion Corp., which holds the license to and all the assets associated with Celsion's Adaptive phase d Array (APA) technology, for the purpose of further developing this technology for the treatment of breast cancer.
