The presence of human papillomavirus in adolescents could lead to the development of genital abnormalities. "Human papillomavirus (HPV) is a significant source of morbidity and mortality worldwide. The primary risk factors for acquiring HPV are generally associated with sexual activity," scientists writing in the Journal of Adolescent Health reported. A.B.
