Broccoli and watercress suppressed matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-9 activity and invasiveness of human MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells. "A high dietary intake of cruciferous vegetables has been associated with a reduction in numerous human pathologies particularly cancer.
