Findings describe new data in breast cancer research

Breast cancer research advances have been reported from the United Kingdom, Italy and Germany. Study 1: Compared to whole-breast irradiation, partial-breast radiotherapy after local tumor excision and axillary dissection has been linked to heightened recurrence risk.
