Infrared Sciences Corporation (ISC), maker of Sentinel BreastScan early cancer detection systems, has achieved a $1-million milestone for equipment in service for breast health detection. Sentinel BreastScan is an U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-cleared, noninvasive procedure. Utilizing modern infrared imaging and proprietary artificial intelligence software, Sentinel BreastScan can detect the first signs of cancer up to 10 years before any other procedure can detect its presence.
