Investigators in the United States, Netherlands and Slovenia have published new breast cancer data. Study 1: Touch prep analysis is advised only in patients who are at high risk of nodal metastasis or who will undergo mastectomy. "Imprint cytology (touch prep) is often used for intraoperative examination of sentinel nodes in breast cancer.
