Researchers describe findings in breast cancer studies

Breast cancer research advances have been reported from the United Kingdom and United States. Study 1: The issue of age has been used to exclude or delay elderly patients with breast cancer from local therapy, resulting in suboptimal treatment. According to recent research from England, "Most patients with breast cancer are likely to benefit from local treatment (surgery and/or radiotherapy).
