Coley Pharmaceutical Group reports Q4 revenue of $5.4 million

Coley Pharmaceutical Group, Inc., (COLY), a biopharmaceutical company discovering and developing a class of drug candidates known as TLR Therapeutics, reported its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2005. Fourth-quarter revenues were $5.4 million; Coley reported a net loss attributable to common shareholders in the fourth quarter of 2005 of $7.0 million versus $9.5 million in the same period of 2004. Total revenues were $5.4 million in the fourth quarter of 2005 compared to $3.0 million in 2004. Revenue increased in 2005 primarily as a result of revenue recognized under Coley's 2005 licensing agreement with Pfizer, Inc. ...
