Angiotensinogen gene transfer suppresses angiogenesis and tumor growth

"Angiogenesis is essential for tumor growth and metastatic dissemination. We have previously shown that human angiotensinogen (AGT) can in vitro inhibit endothelial cell proliferation and migration, capillary-like tube formation, and neovascularization.
