Researchers at Regina Elena Cancer Institute, Department of Medical Oncology publish new data on breast cancer prognosis

New investigation results, "Ten years of experience with weekly chemotherapy in metastatic breast cancer patients: multivariate analysis of prognostic factors," are detailed in a study published in Anti-Cancer Drugs. According to recent research from Roma, Italy, "Weekly chemotherapy administration represents an emerging option for the treatment of metastatic breast cancer. In order to identify clinical and biological prognostic factors for outcome, we performed a multivariate analysis in a 10-year experience of weekly chemotherapy for metastatic breast cancer patients."
