Researchers at College of Medicine, Department of Pharmacology publish new data on breast cancer

A new study, "Estrogen promotes reversible epithelial-to-mesenchymal-like transition and collective motility in MCF-7 breast cancer cells," is now available. According to recent research from the United States, "The role of estrogen in the motility and invasion of breast cancer cells is controversial. Although estrogen receptor (ER)-positive breast tumors are considered less aggressive and more differentiated they still undergo metastasis."
