Research on menopause discussed by scientists at Creighton University, Research Center

Fresh data on menopause are presented in the report "Transmenopausal changes in the trabecular bone structure." According to a study from the United States, "Post-menopausal osteoporosis is a disorder of excess skeletal fragility, due partly to changes in bone microstructure. Menopause is known to result in bone loss and reduction in bone mechanical strength."
