Researchers from University of Barcelona publish findings in life sciences

New investigation results, 'Effects of milk supplementation with conjugated linoleic acid (isomers cis-9, trans-11 and trans-10, cis-12) on body composition and metabolic syndrome components,' are detailed in a study published in British Journal of Nutrition. According to recent research from Casanova, Spain, "The effects of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on body weight and body composition in man are controversial. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of milk supplementation with CLA on body composition and on the biochemical parameters of the metabolic syndrome."
