Research on contraception discussed by scientists at Washington University, Medical Department

"It was approved by the Food and Drug Administration in 2001. The vaginal contraceptive ring is highly efficacious with a Pearl Index of 1.18 and an efficacy of 99.1%," wrote T. Madden and colleagues, Washington University, Medical Department.
