Study results from University of Toronto, Terrence Donnelly Center for Cellular and Biomolecular Research update understanding of breast cancer

Current study results from the report, 'Evaluation of data-dependent versus targeted shotgun proteomic approaches for monitoring transcription factor expression in breast cancer,' have been published. According to a study from Toronto, Canada, "In breast cancer, there is a significant degree of molecular diversity among tumors. Multiple perturbations in signal transduction pathways impinge on transcriptional networks that in turn dictate malignant transformation and metastatic progression."
