" To assess the reproductive benefits of hysteroscopic polypectomy in previous infertile women depending on the size or number of the polyps. Design and methods In this retrospective study, from February 2000 to September 2005, totally 83 selected women were included with: a) diagnoses of primary or secondary infertility, endometrial polyp/polyps and abnormal uterine bleeding," investigators in Thessaloniki, Greece report.
