New research on breast cancer therapy from Tohoku University summarized

New investigation results, 'Estrogen signaling in cancer microenvironment and prediction of response to hormonal therapy,' are detailed in a study published in Journal of Steroid Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. According to recent research from Sendai, Japan, "Estrogen plays an essential role in growth and progression of human breast cancer. Particularly, local estrogen biosynthesis must be important for etiology of this disease."
