Research reports from University of Marburg provide new insights into breast cancer

According to recent research published in the journal Annals of Oncology, "Recent studies indicate that women with breast cancer are at increased risk of fracture compared with their age-matched peers. Current treatment guidelines are inadequate for averting fractures in osteopenic women, especially those receiving aromatase inhibitor (AI) therapy."
