Study results from University of Sao Paulo provide new insights into breast cancer

According to recent research from Sao Paulo, Brazil, "The aim of this study was to evaluate the safety of breast conserving surgery ill patients with breast tumours satisfactorily downstaged after neoadjuvant therapy. A retrospective cohort study was undertaken to analyze the loco-regional recurrence (LRR) after breast conserving surgery."
