Research on cervical cancer reported by scientists at Zhejiang University

In this recent study, researchers in Hangzhou, People's Republic of China conducted a study "To investigate the association of repair gene POLI genetic polymorphisms with cervical carcinoma. Four hundred sixty one cervical carcinoma patients and 628 normal women were randomly selected for this study."

"Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) (POLI Thr706Ala) were genotyped, and the epidemiological risk factor was assessed.
