Reports on life sciences findings from B.P. Tan and co-researchers provide new insights

According to recent research published in the Singapore Medical Journal, "Acute pelvic pain is a common presentation in women. There are a myriad of causes, both gynaecological and non-gynaecological in origin." "Ultrasonography is well-established as the primary initial investigation of choice. Familiarity with the imaging features of the commonly-associated conditions aids in the rapid diagnosis, and immediate management of the patient," wrote B.P. Tan and colleagues.
