Halloween's Hottest Movie-Inspired Costumes Include the Joker, Iron Man and House Bunny, Says Fandango Survey

Fandango, the nation's leading moviegoer destination, has announced the results of an October survey of nearly 3,000 filmgoers, who ranked their top Halloween costume inspirations from movies released in 2008.

"The Joker", as immortalized by the late Heath Ledger in "The Dark Knight", took the top spot for the most popular men's costume inspired by a 2008 movie, with Christian Bale's "Batman" not far behind. Robert Downey, Jr.'s movie roles in "Iron Man" and "Tropic Thunder" helped round out the third and fourth choices, while Harrison Ford's "Indiana Jones" made up the fifth pick.
