"Differentiation of Mullerian serous carcinoma from metastatic breast carcinoma is a challenging and frequent diagnostic dilemma, particularly in the setting of a pelvic mass or peritoneal carcinomatosis. Precise classification is important as it impacts treatment and prognosis," researchers in the United States report.
