"CA125 is a well-recognized marker for endometrial cancer. Uterine malignant mixed mullerian tumors (MMMTs) are increasingly being recognized as an aggressive adenocarcinoma, not a sarcoma. There are no data in the literature regarding CA125 in this malignancy.
