Americans More Confident in Ability to Predict Global Commodity/Forex Trends Than to Trade Individual Stocks, New Research Finds

According to new research released by the North American Derivatives Exchange (Nadex.com), most adult Americans feel more confident in their ability to predict the direction of economic indicators (commodity prices, exchange rates, stock indices, unemployment rates) on which exchange-traded derivatives are based than they do about trading individual stocks. Despite this, the survey suggests that most adults don't understand where to go to purchase financial products that test their predictions by trading on what they think the market will do next.
