Breast Cancer Survivors and Patients Encouraged to Have Medical History Readily Available

In the United States, a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer every three minutes, according to the American Cancer Society. Except for skin cancers, breast cancer is the most frequently diagnosed cancer among woman.
