Research conducted at Semmelweis University, Department of Pulmonology has provided new information about asthma

Data detailed in 'Surface markers of lymphocyte activation in pregnant asthmatics' have been presented. According to recent research published in the journal Inflammation Research, "PROBLEM: Pregnancy-associated immunologic alterations may improve the course of asthma. Severe maternal asthma with an exacerbation impairs fetal growth."
