Researchers at Annamalai University release new data on xenobiotics

Research findings, 'Correlation of xenobiotic-metabolizing enzymes, oxidative stress and NFkappaB signaling with histological grade and menopausal status in patients with adenocarcinoma of the breast,' are discussed in a new report. "Adenocarcinoma of the breast is the most common cancer worldwide and accounts for the highest morbidity and mortality. The increasing global incidence of breast cancer emphasizes the need to understand the molecular mechanisms of breast tumorigenesis," scientists writing in the journal Clinica Chimica Acta report.
