Current study results from the report, 'Asthma in pregnancy,' have been published. According to recent research from the United States, "Asthma is an increasingly common problem during pregnancy. Mild and moderate asthma can be associated with excellent maternal and perinatal pregnancy outcomes, especially if patients are managed according to contemporary recommendations of National Asthma Education and Prevention Program."
